Qualifications

• Operate CNC-controlled laser machines and support precision part production.
• Perform machine loading, offset adjustments, simple edits, deburring, and part inspection.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and machining requirements.
• Communicate with supervisors and shop personnel to support production goals.
• 1+ years of machine operation or CNC experience preferred.
• Use basic measuring tools and inspect parts to required tolerances.
• Understand quality standards and safe machine operation.
• Report equipment issues or out-of-tolerance conditions promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and production-ready work areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC-controlled laser equipment and other CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Load parts, set offsets, make simple edits, deburr, and support setup activities.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to confirm machining requirements.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Identify malfunctions or quality concerns and adjust as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support basic preventive maintenance.
