Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC laser-cutting machinery in a production environment.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Experience using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage fiber laser systems to cut patterns with precision.
• Analyze blueprints to ensure parts meet exact tolerances.
• Perform detailed inspections with micrometers, calipers, and other tools.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and optimize throughput on the shop floor.
• Maintain equipment reliability through routine maintenance and care.
• Uphold safety by following protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
