Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC laser-cutting machinery in a production environment.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Experience using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production throughput by making real-time machine adjustments and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain a high standard of equipment reliability through proactive routine maintenance and care.
