• Operate grinding and polishing equipment to achieve specified dimensions.
• Load and unload rollers and components onto grinding equipment.
• Perform grinding operations following work instructions and schedules.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions.
• Monitor machine performance and identify quality issues.
