Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Experience as CNC machinist or machine operator in hands-on mechanical environment (1–3 years) required.
• Must be Grind Operator qualified.

Responsibilities

• Load and load parts to machines and ensure proper flow.
• Read blueprints and job orders to determine specs and tooling instructions.
• Set up and operate grinding machines to grind diameter surfaces to specification.
• Inspect parts with gauges to verify conformance.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed.
• Record production data and maintain clean work area.
• Operate forklift for non-production tasks and handle lifting up to 40 lbs.
