Von Ruden Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Grinder for our Buffalo, MN facility. This full-time, dayshift role in the grinding department requires experience with OD and surface grinding, with Studer S40 CNC OD and Okamoto 16-32 surface grinders as primary equipment.

We offer training for a long-term career and a competitive benefits package. Starting pay ranges from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour, with actual rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• Grinding experience in OD and surface grinding is a plus.
• Proficiency in machine shop practices and inspection.
• Familiarity with Studer S40 CNC OD grinder and Okamoto 16-32 surface grinder.
• Will train the right long-term candidate.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding machines in the grinding department.
• Set up and adjust grinders and inspect completed parts.
• Follow safety, quality, and workflow procedures.
