Job summary

ARCH in Orchard Park, NY is hiring for a full-time CNC grinder role on day shift (Sun-Wed). You will operate CNC grinding machines to produce high-grade tooling, holding very tight tolerances and cross-training across departments.

Training on equipment is provided, and relocation is encouraged for qualified candidates. Starting pay is $22.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience, with regular raises and a minimum 40 hours per week, plus overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year in a production manufacturing environment.
• 1 year of CNC Machining experience or pursuing related degree/certificate.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and follow instructions from CADD drawings or job travelers.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC grinding machines.

• Inspect inserts for dimensional and visual defects.

Job description

Operating CNC Form Grinding Machines, grinding high grade precision tooling to tight tolerances. This is for candidates with previous experience in Manufacturing and Machining. Training on Equipment is provided.

Day Shift Sun-Wed

Earn $22.00 - $26.00 /hr starting, Based on experience. Regular pay raises available. Ability to learn and Cross Train in multiple departments.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Scope of Responsibilities:
