Job summary

Von Ruden Manufacturing in Buffalo, MN is seeking a Machinist for a full-time day shift in our Gear-cut & Toolroom Department. Set-up and operate manual gear machines, including Gleason 7A, 106 & 104 gear generators and an NC Bridgeport vertical mill.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year vocational degree in Machine Trades plus experience, or 5+ years of applicable experience; we offer a competitive wage and benefits package with starting pay $25.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-year vocational degree in Machine Trades or 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience set-up and operating manual gear machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect work quality.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate manual gear machines in the gear-cut & toolroom department.
• Maintain accuracy on Gleason 7A, gear generators, and NC Bridgeport mill.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards daily.
