You will perform basic offsets, wheel pack changes, and steady rest adjustments, monitor processes for dimensional accuracy, and conduct inspections using micrometers and calipers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college/technical training preferred.
• Basic knowledge of safety and hazardous material regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate ANCA CNC grinding machines to manufacture precision tools per job travelers, drawings, and specs.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and standard work to maintain safety and quality.
• Perform machine setups, basic offsets, wheel pack changes, and steady rest adjustments as required.
• Monitor grinding processes and make minor adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Conduct First Article, in-process, and final inspections using standard measuring tools.
• Document inspection results and production activity in company systems.
• Troubleshoot basic machine or process issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Operate and monitor multiple machines during the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Support continuous improvement and training efforts.
