Job summary

Nobel Biocare is seeking a CNC Grind Operator to set up and run ANCA CNC grinding machines for precision dental components. You will monitor production, perform basic maintenance, and ensure parts meet specification while following SOPs and GMP standards.

The role requires basic CNC programming knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot simple machine issues. Join a team focused on quality and efficiency in a cleanroom/precision environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training preferred.
• Basic CNC programming knowledge enough to upload/download programs.
• Self‑motivated with good problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate ANCA CNC grinders to produce precision dental tools per drawings.
• Perform machine setups, offsets, wheel changes, and adjustments per SOP.
• Monitor processes, make minor adjustments, and inspect parts for accuracy.
• Document results and escalate complex issues to supervision as needed.
