Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating fabrication machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate fabrication machinery, including CNC lasers, press brakes, and punch machines.
• Produce sheet metal, copper, and fabricated components according to drawings, work orders, and schedules.
• Load and unload materials safely while maintaining production flow.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts with calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify accuracy.
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve quality issues and improve outcomes.
• Perform routine machine inspections, maintenance checks, and lubrication.
