You will interpret engineering drawings, monitor machine performance, perform routine maintenance, and document production metrics while upholding safety and cleanliness on the shop floor. Flexible overtime may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience operating CNC equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and prints.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and programming updates.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, set up, and operate CNC machinery with accurate alignment and calibration.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide production.
• Continuously observe machine performance; apply adjustments to maintain tolerance.
• Conduct routine maintenance to preserve equipment reliability.
• Inspect completed parts to confirm dimensional accuracy and compliance.
• Document production metrics and maintain precise records.
• Work cross-functionally to refine methods and increase efficiency.
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
