Job summary

Fluke is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and run CNC diamond turning machines in our Fabrication department in New Hampshire. You will read engineering drawings, maintain equipment, and collect data to support production schedules.

The role requires 5+ years of machining experience, fluency in English, US person status, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Shift options include 1st or 2nd shift with safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of machining production experience.
• Must read, speak and understand English.
• US Person per 22 CFR 120.15.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and operating computer-controlled equipment.
• Ability to setup and run CNC manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to measure high precision components.
• Occasional heavy lifting and exposure to chemicals.
• Safety glasses and latex gloves required.
• 1st or 2nd shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain CNC diamond turning machines.
• Work from engineering drawings and process work instructions.
• Collect, analyze and report data for production processes.
• Clean optical surfaces and verify conformance with metrology tools.
• Follow lean processes and standard work to meet schedule.
