Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use basic gauges, hand tools, and a tape measure accurately.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and focused on personal and team development.
• Strong math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
• Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Capable of precise, high-quality work.
• Strong organizational skills with accurate recordkeeping.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machine tools to produce precision parts and components.
• Machine new product to specifications for internal and external customers.
• Setup, Run and read CNC programming machining centers using setup sheets.
• Interpret blueprints, BOMs, and manuals to complete tasks.
• Maintain ISO 9001 quality standards and safety requirements.
• Use hand tools and precision instruments to inspect completed units.
• Record daily production data and update boards.
• Conduct 5S and daily checklists.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Be available for overtime including weekends as needed.
