Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive motions in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently and 75lbs with assistance.
• Capable of operating riveting, torqueing and small power tools safely.
• Read and understand Work Station Instructions.
• Willing to cross-train across areas.
• Collaborate with a team and work independently as needed.
• OT availability may be required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operate torque wrenches, air tools, presses, gauges.
• Identify component parts by learning identification numbers.
• Adhere to established work rotation plan.
• Complete rotation training matrix for each position.
• Read and follow Work Station Instructions.
