Qualifications

• Proficient with G-Code and M-Code programming.
• Experience in setting up CNC and manual machines.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC and conventional equipment to produce precision components.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan machining sequences.
• Monitor toolpaths and adjust offsets, feeds, and speeds to hold tolerance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines production-ready.
• Collaborate with peers to troubleshoot dimensional, surface finish, and process issues.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, 5S work area at all times.
• Document setups, offsets, production counts, and process notes accurately.
