Job summary

AtWork! in Rancho Cordova, CA is hiring a Cleanroom Assembly Technician to join a high-performance manufacturing team. You will assemble and inspect small, precision components in a cleanroom environment, using hand tools, microscopes, and precision instruments.

You’ll read blueprints and engineering drawings, verify quality, and work with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure accuracy and readiness for production.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Cleanroom experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Experience with small parts and hand tools.
• Ability to use a microscope and read blueprints.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly using hand tools, microscopes, and specialized equipment.
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect components for quality and accuracy.
• Perform measurements using calipers, gauges, and microscopes.
• Maintain cleanroom, ESD, and FOD requirements.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.
