Job summary

Ideal Tridon Group is seeking an Automatic Clamp Machine Set-Up Operator to run the ACM and clamp press on our Tennessee shop floor. This role supports production goals with precise setup, calibration, and maintenance in a climate controlled facility.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of hands-on mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting. Expect 2nd or 3rd shift with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
• One year of related machine setup operation or mechanical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and calibrates machinery and equipment per production specs.
• Adjusts machine settings to optimize efficiency and meet targets.
• Performs routine maintenance like cleaning, lubrication, inspection.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions, identifies root causes, implements fixes.
• Records production data in logs or computerized systems.
• Follows SOPs and safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborates with team to coordinate schedules and address issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
