Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Production Tech to transform raw cannabis flower into our medicated product line. You will produce, package, and handle products, manage inventory, and uphold strict safety and compliance in daily facility operations.

You will work under management guidance to meet production goals, apply SOPs, and maintain quality. Candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and detail-oriented, in a regulated environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED graduate; some college or college graduate preferred.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, and/or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a group and independently; self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Meet production goals with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Produce according to recipes and SOPs with high quality standards.
• Package products with proper labeling to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Follow processing procedures and laboratory protocols consistently.
• Comply with local and state regulations and maintain traceability records.
• Document manufacturing methods and ensure accuracy in records.
