Job summary

NOXX is seeking a Label Control Technician in Grand Rapids, MI to print and verify cannabis labels, maintain label inventory, and prepare batch records. The role requires meticulous documentation and knowledge of cannabis compliance and production processes.

You will work under the Inventory Supervisor to ensure accurate label production and adherence to regulatory requirements, while keeping printers, stations, and areas clean and organized. This role offers full-time employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years GMP/Good Documentation Practice experience preferred.
• Experience with METRC processes and procedures.
• Experience with Dutchie and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Zebra and Primera label printers preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to follow established procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce batch records for processing, packaging, and production batches.
• Print and verify cannabis and cannabis product labels in compliance with CRA guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory of labels and label-printing materials.
• Perform and coordinate preventative maintenance and cleaning of label printers and labeling stations.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation related to label production and control.
• Ensure the label printing area is clean, organized, and compliant.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
