Silver King Beverage Co is seeking a full-time Can-Making Operator to operate and monitor equipment used in producing aluminum cans. You will inspect cans, manage materials, set up machines, and assist maintenance to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience as a machine operator in manufacturing, preferably in metal packaging or can making.

• Must be able to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions and quality checks.
• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal packaging or can making industry.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor equipment such as can forming machines, presses, trimmers, liners, and other machinery involved in the can making process.
• Inspect finished cans for defects, ensure proper dimensions, and perform quality checks to maintain product quality standards.
• Handle raw materials required for can production; load materials onto machines and monitor material supply.
• Set up machines according to production requirements, adjust settings, and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist maintenance technicians in routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
• Optimize machine performance, minimize waste, and maximize production output while maintaining quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE; maintain 5S and clean working areas.
• Maintain production records and report quality issues to supervisors.
