Job summary

Ozarks Coca-Cola-Dr Pepper Bottling Company seeks an operator to manage the can filler and related systems in a high-paced beverage production line. You will follow SOPs, maintain line speed, and ensure product quality while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires attention to detail, a forklift certification, and basic math and reading/interpretation of work instructions. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Springfield, MO facility with standard production duties.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports and work instruction.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic math including totals, fractions, and decimals.
• Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• Computer Skills: Basic Computer knowledge.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certified Forklift License.
• Other Skills and Abilities: None
• Other Qualifications: None

Responsibilities

• Operate can filler and related equipment in a production setting.
• Follow SOPs for canning, changeovers, cleaning in place, and sanitation.
• Maintain machine speed at optimum levels.
• Rinse and pump product during changeovers.
• Complete product testing and record keeping of results.
• Adhere to GMP and safety standards.
• Meet productivity requirements.
• Keep work area clean and organized to comply with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
