Atlas Copco in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Calibration Technician to perform in-house calibrations on a variety of Atlas Copco tools. You will be hands-on, precise, and work closely with the Service Center Manager to ensure accurate measurements and high-quality results.

The role requires troubleshooting skills, schematics literacy, and strong communication. It is an on-site position with growth opportunities and a collaborative culture at Atlas Copco.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promptly determine the type of calibration needed and equipment.
• Perform accurate testing to retrieve reliable measurements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot calibration issues.
• Communicate directly with repair technicians and customers alike to gather information to allow for a quality end-result.
