Job summary

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a production environment.
- Experience with manufacturing automation and data collection systems.
- Equipment troubleshooting with mechanical aptitude.
- Customer service experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform torque validation and calibration on tools and equipment.
- Ensure tools and equipment meet accuracy standards through routine inspections and calibration.
- Provide technical support to the customer on the production line and resolve issues.
- Monitor operations and identify opportunities for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality processes.
- Help design and implement error-proofing strategies to improve reliability.
