ACT Entertainment in Leominster, MA is seeking a Bunching Operator on an 8-hour shift to run and monitor cabling machines, ensuring accurate conductors' spacing and dimensions as per shop paperwork. This role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and consistent quality in a fast-paced production environment.

You will perform setup, run production lines, conduct quality checks, record production data, and assist with maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
1-3 months related experience or training.
Basic math and computer skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting instincts.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Team-oriented and patient communication.

Responsabilités

Follow safety guidelines and protocols to keep the workplace safe.
Take part in machine and paperwork training to support maintenance tasks.
Keep your work area clean and organized.
Set up the cabler machine to exact specifications per shop paperwork.
Monitor the cabling process and make real-time adjustments for quality and efficiency.
Conduct quality and settings checks at shift start and throughout the day.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues to minimize downtime.
Flag quality issues to supervisor promptly.
Maintain accurate production records (counts, settings, maintenance).
Pitch in on other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
