Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to keep the work area safe.
• Set up the cabler machine to exact specifications shown on paperwork.
• Monitor cabling process and make real-time adjustments for quality and efficiency.
• Conduct start-of-shift quality and settings checks.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime and maintain output.
• Maintain accurate production records of counts, settings and maintenance.
• Pitch in on other duties as assigned by supervisor.
