Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Initiative for adjusting quality during the process.
• Understanding and adherence to Kanban and schedule needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple lines: 16 Carrier braider and pair strander.
• Braiders to provide braided covering over pair conductors.
• Load carriers with supplies and thread ends through closing die.
• Load core in payoff and thread through carrier; tie in core to take-up reel.
• Start machine and monitor run time; replace spools as necessary.
• Run machine until braid is complete; document production movements.
