Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written and visual work instructions.
• Ability to read calipers, micrometers, and tape measures in English and metric.
• Ability to use go/no-go gauges.
• Understanding of decimal places when working with numbers.
• Ability to operate a scale for weight counts.
• Ability to operate hand- or foot-pedal equipment.
• Ability to operate automated equipment using a PC controller.
• Ability to use common hand tools including wrenches and knives.
• Ability to count up to 100 and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut cable to required lengths.
• Attach assembly components to cable.
• Load and operate crimping equipment.
• Load and operate die-cast equipment.
• Load and operate hydroforming equipment.
• Change dies at new production runs.
• Record production and quality checks on logs.
• Package completed work-in-progress and finished products.
