Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work 2nd shift.
• MUST HAVE AN UPDATED RESUME WITH RELEVANT MANUFACTURING, ASSEMBLY, OR PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive/manufacturing components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools as required.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects or quality issues.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining consistent production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete required production paperwork and documentation.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to leadership.
• Meet daily production goals and established quality standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.
