Job summary

Micro-Coax, an Amphenol Company, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to perform production and inspection of cables to ensure they meet customer requirements. The role involves simple to complex cable production to build high-quality products in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to measure with ruler or tape measure and work with hand tools.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Convert raw materials into finished product.
• Build product to standard rate.
• Read job orders for product specifications.
• Complete in-process inspections.
• Interface with computer software to find documents and complete data entry.
• Build simple to complex cables following drawings and instructions.
• Adopt a total quality mindset and ensure process quality.
• Participate in Kaizen and CIS activities as needed.
• Perform duties to meet quality, cost, and on-time delivery goals.
