Qualifications

• Experience in cable assembly/manufacturing.
• Experience in a high-mix manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with cable testing and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 is a plus.
• Experience with manufacturing documentation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support cable assembly and electro-mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and improve assembly, testing and inspection processes.
• Create work instructions, fixtures and tooling.
• Support engineering changes and product revisions.
• Build and support prototypes and new product introductions.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturability, quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Production teams.
