Job summary

Horton Emergency Vehicles is hiring for a Cabinet Assembler. You will assemble cabinets from engineering drawings, using drills, saws, routers and other tools to fabricate components and hardware.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, reading layouts, marking parts, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals. Physical work with lifting and standing is required in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• One or more years cabinet making experience or similar experience.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other instructions.
• Close attention to detail and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, fabricate of cabinet components and hardware.
• Set up and operate machines and hand tools to fabricate cabinets.
• Mark outline or dimensions of parts per blueprint or drawings.
• Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
