Job summary

Leedo Cabinets LLC is seeking a dependable Hardware Installer to join our Assembly Department. You will install drawer rails, hinge brackets, and other cabinet hardware to ensure quality and production standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, works efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, and takes pride in precise workmanship. Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to distinguish between wood species.
• Basic measuring with tape accuracy.
• Meet production targets with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install drawer rails on base cabinet end panels.
• Install hinge brackets on cabinet end panels.
• Install hardware on removable bottom cabinets on the assembly line.
• Maintain productivity and quality, meeting hourly production goals.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assembly Department Supervisor.
