Job summary

Crystal Cabinet Works, Inc. is seeking a Special Builder to join our team in Princeton, MN. The role involves building standard angled frameless cabinets and requires accuracy and a hands-on approach to cabinet fabrication.

Schedule is 1st Shift: Mon-Thu 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM with OT as needed; Salary Grade C ranges from $19.90 to $23.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, HSA, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• High School diploma or better required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews construction orders and prioritizes work.
• Retrieves parts for jobs.
• Fabricates parts as needed, cutting angles, drilling pocket holes and doweling.
• Builds cabinets, gluing, clamping, stapling, screwing i.e., lazy susans, wall cabinets, etc.
• Puts hardware on cabinets.
• Cleans and inspects cabinets.
• Maintains knowledge of various wood species and can differentiate between them.
• Performs basic mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices.
• Fills in other areas as needed.
