Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Basic mathematical and mechanical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to follow written procedures precisely.
• Situational/spatial awareness with PPE/safety adherence.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs from critical areas using picks or dental drills, often with optical aid.
• Inspect parts under microscope using gauges and tactile feel.
• Operate Extrude Hone to deburr retainers and oil holes.
• Perform hone and tumble operations as needed.
• Record data and report discrepancies to supervision.
• Assist with training and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Move materials as directed and follow safety regulations.
