Job summary

Timken, a global technology leader in engineered bearings and industrial motion, seeks a production associate in Lebanon, NH. The role focuses on setting up simple machines, deburring parts, and maintaining clean, safe work areas to support precision manufacturing.

You will follow established procedures, use picks and drills, perform inspections under a microscope, and collaborate with teammates to meet quality standards while advancing your career within Timken's global team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mathematical and mechanical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Situational/spatial awareness and PPE/safety discipline.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs from bearing parts using picks or dental drills.
• Inspect parts under microscope with gauges and tactile checks.
• Operate Extrude Hone deburring machine; sharpen tool as needed.
• Perform Hone and Tumble operations as required.
• Assist with training employees as required.
• Inspect own work and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Record data on forms and maintain necessary records.
• Move materials and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety rules and report any unsafe conditions.
• Perform other related duties as required.
