Shredfast, Inc. is seeking a Box Assembly Technician – Tier 1 to build complete boxes for mobile document disposal trucks. Responsibilities include assembling walls, installing roof components, ensuring squareness, sealing weatherproofing, and integrating lighting. Prior construction/assembly experience preferred.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime may be available; training provided for tools and processes.

Formación

• Must have basic assembly skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Read a tape measure and use basic hand tools, drills, and air tools.
• Overhead crane and forklift experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older; reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble completed walls and doors on sub frame.
• Install box roof components and roof skin.
• Ensure box is square using jigs and squares.
• Seal leaks to weatherproof final builds.
• Integrate and install lights into box build.
• Finish work for specified box builds.
• Basic metal fabrication: cutting and grinding.
• Other duties as assigned.
