Job summary

Permobil is hiring a Bonding Associate for the first shift (6:00am–4:30pm) to cut, measure, and mechanically join components into subassemblies using tape measures, calipers, power tools and epoxy application.

You will collaborate with Assembly Line Leaders and Supervisors, follow Work Instructions, and ensure safety and quality. Overtime may be required; overtime hours may be available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools and read work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cut, measure, and mechanically join components into subassemblies per specs.
• Identify needed components from work instructions in the data system.
• Safely operate power equipment to cut, drill, and shape parts; apply epoxy to join components.
• Communicate non-conformances to operators and supervisors; ensure correct parts are selected.
• Support picking and shipping as needed; collaborate cross-functionally; uphold safety standards.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
