Job summary

Tri-Mack Plastics, located in Bristol, RI, seeks an Assembly & Bonding Technician (1st Shift) to handle part assembly, bonding, testing and screening. This role requires manual dexterity and mechanical skills to assemble and repair parts, with adherence to AS9100 requirements.

The candidate will read blueprints, use small hand tools, and work with epoxy resins in a manufacturing environment, following tight tolerances and strict quality standards.

Qualifications

Ability to understand and work from blueprints.
Manual dexterity for assembling and testing parts.
Familiarity with small hand tools and working to tight tolerances.
Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform assembly, bonding, testing and screening per parts specifications.
Use small hand tools as required by the job.
Follow work instructions to complete assemblies.
Work around odors from epoxy resins used in bonding.
Ensure paperwork is complete and neat for traceability.
Inspect finished work against blueprints using measuring equipment.
Pursue opportunities to develop new skills within the department.
