Job summary

Permobil is seeking a Bonding Associate in Lebanon, TN. The role focuses on cutting, measuring, and mechanically joining components into subassemblies using tape measures, calipers, power saws, grinders and epoxy tools.

You will work with Assembly Line Leaders and Supervisors, follow Work Instructions in the data system, ensure dimensional accuracy and safety, and support cross-functional teams while fulfilling related picking/shipping duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and measuring devices.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cut, measure, and mechanically join components into a subassembly.
• Use tape measures, calipers, power saws, grinders and epoxy tools.
• Ensure bonded components are within specifications and document results.
• Work with Assembly Line Leaders and Supervisors; follow work instructions.
• Identify non-conformances and communicate with operators and managers.
• Support cross-functional teams and assist with picking/shipping as needed.
