Job summary

NETC Fleet Services in Bow, NH is seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to repair and refinish damaged vehicles. You’ll perform hands-on collision work from teardown to final inspection, focusing on quality and proper fit. This role offers full-time hours, benefits, and the opportunity to grow with a growing team.

The position requires 2+ years in body shop or collision repair, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work independently. Tools provided by you or you may bring your own.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of body shop or collision repair hands-on experience.
• Experience with panel repair, replacement, fitting, and alignment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and repair skills.
• Own basic hand tools or willing to obtain them.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged body panels, sheet metal, and vehicle components.
• Remove, repair, replace, fit, and align damaged panels and parts.
• Perform collision and structural repairs.
• Straighten damaged components and restore proper fit.
• Prepare repaired surfaces for refinishing and paint.
• Inspect finished work for fit, finish, alignment and overall quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with service writers and shop leadership to keep jobs moving.
