NETC Fleet Services in Bow, NH is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician dedicated to high-quality panel repairs, straight frames, and precise paint matching. If you notice the small details others miss, we want to talk with you about joining a growing team.

This full-time role offers benefits and a chance to contribute to upgraded facilities and equipment as part of a long-term team. CDL-A is a plus, and on-call weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of body shop / collision repair experience (commercial or heavy-duty experience is a big plus).
• A valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, not required).
• The stamina for physical work — lifting up to 50 lbs, being on your feet, getting hands-on.
• An eye for detail and a refusal to let sloppy work out the door.
• Team up with service writers and shop leadership to keep jobs moving.

NETC Fleet Services is growing fast — and our Bow body shop is looking for a skilled technician who takes real pride in the work: clean panel repairs, straight frames, paint that matches perfectly. If you're the kind of tech who notices the small stuff other people miss, we want to talk to you.

Pay Range: $22.00-$36.00 per hour.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves:

• Valid CDL-A — no restrictions on automatic transmission
• Proven lowbed and heavy/all-in equipment transport experience
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience
• Active DOT Medical Card and clean driving record
• Availability for rotating on-call weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Your own hand tools or willingness to obtain
