Job summary

NETC Fleet Services is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician for our Bow, NH shop. The role focuses on clean panel repairs, straight frames, and precise paint matching. You will join a team that values attention to detail and long-term commitment, with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship.

We offer full-time employment with benefits. Requirements include 2+ years in body shop/collision repair, a valid CDL-A (preferred), DOT Medical Card, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of body shop / collision repair experience (commercial or heavy-duty experience is a big plus).
• A valid driver's license (CDL a plus, not required).
• The stamina for physical work — lifting up to 50 lbs, being on your feet, getting hands-on.
• An eye for detail and a refusal to let sloppy work out the door.
• Team up with service writers and shop leadership to keep jobs moving.

Pay Range: $22.00-$36.00 per hour.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.

What You’ll Do

• 2+ years of body shop / collision repair experience (commercial or heavy-duty experience is a big plus)

Must-Haves

• Valid CDL-A — no restrictions on automatic transmission
• Proven lowbed and heavy/all-in equipment transport experience
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience
• Active DOT Medical Card and clean driving record
• Availability for rotating on-call weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Your own hand tools or willingness to obtain
