Job summary

Just In Time Staffing LLC is seeking a Blending Operator in Wood Dale, IL for a temporary-to-hire role. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with pay ranging from $21 to $24 per hour.

Responsibilities include operating batch blending systems, reading formulas, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, prior chemical production experience, and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous chemical manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis.
• Knowledge of proper PPE handling and safety protocols.
• Must be able to read formulas and follow batch records.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Operate batch chemical blending systems according to batch records.
• Pour and label batches into smaller containers as instructed.
• Read formulas and source materials to blend per specifications.
• Operate equipment to mix ingredients per procedures.
• Monitor blending for proper mixing and consistency.
• Perform quality checks on blended products against specs.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and proper records.
• Collaborate with team to address issues and improve processes.
