Responsibilities include moving materials, labeling drums and tanks, producing chemical blends, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in chemical batching or blending preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products.
• Label and fill drums, tote tanks, and tank trucks.
• Manufacture chemical blends according to production formulas.
• Operate pumps, mixers, and heating/cooling equipment.
• Read and interpret batch sheets and production specs.
• Complete batch records and production checklists.
• Notify QA or Production Manager of suspect materials.
• Stop unsafe activities and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe work areas.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Comply with food safety responsibilities where applicable.
