Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic English instructions.
• Good mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with database/data capture software.

Responsibilities

• Complete all finishing services for press projects following job specifications and quality standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on bindery equipment to ensure optimal output.
• Collaborate with team members to exceed customer satisfaction and service expectations.
• Support quality management and scheduling processes to maximize production efficiency.
• Handle bindery functions such as folding, cutting, padding, slitting, numbering, and wrapping.
