Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with database/data capture software.

Responsibilities

• Complete all finishing services for press projects following job specifications and quality standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on bindery equipment to ensure optimal output.
• Collaborate with team members to exceed customer satisfaction and service expectations.
• Support quality management and scheduling processes to maximize production efficiency.
• Handle bindery functions such as folding, cutting, padding, slitting, numbering, and wrapping.

Our client, a leading manufacturing and printing industry organization, is seeking a Bindery & Inspection Operator to join their team. As a Bindery & Inspection Operator, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bindery & Inspection Operator

Location: Sussex, WI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm
