Sepire is seeking a Bindery and Finishing Operator to operate and maintain cutting, folding, saddle-stitching, and related equipment, ensuring accurate, efficient production. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet job requirements, perform quality checks, and follow procedures to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience operating bindery and finishing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable using computers and production software in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, monitor, and maintain bindery and finishing lines and related equipment.
• Handle cut-sheet and roll-fed stocks safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to support uptime.
• Collaborate with Prepress, Print, Mail, Client Services, and Operations on workflows and job completion.
• Follow job tickets, work instructions, and quality standards.
