Job summary

AlphaGraphics is seeking a Production Finishing Specialist (Bindery Operator) to finalize printed materials and prepare orders for delivery. You will operate cutters, folders, and collators, reading work orders to ensure accurate finishing and timely completion.

Candidates should have 2+ years in finishing equipment, display strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer an advancing, supportive environment with a flexible schedule and training opportunities.

The Production Finishing Specialist is responsible for the finishing and completion of projects in the center. This Production Finishing Specialist also sometimes includes the staging/preparation of completed jobs to be delivered or shipped to our client’s final destination.

Our tight-knit team, is actively seeking a Bindery Specialist to join us full-time. Our Production Finishing Specialist is primarily responsible for operating various machines and equipment to finish products that have been printed so they can be delivered.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Read work orders to determine instructions and specifications for finishing of projects.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Operate finishing machine devices, such as cutters, folders, collators/stitchers, and other production finishing machines as available in the center to facilitate the final assembly of finished products.
• Maintain records, such as daily production records, using specified forms.
• Follow all quality control procedures as instructed by the owner or manager of the center.
• Any other essential functions/duties that are needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You must have past experience as Production Finishing Specialist / Bindery Operator at a Printing Company to be considered.
