Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet in Durham, North Carolina is seeking a BGA Rework Technician to rework PCBAs and components within a structured manufacturing environment. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and work closely with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BGA rework experience in a professional environment.
• Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in a contract manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.

Responsibilities

• Review daily rework schedule with manufacturing supervisor.
• Perform repairs to PCBAs based on the daily schedule.
• Validate materials and required documentation for work orders.
• May train new hires on SOPs, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
